Insurance
I am in-network with BCBS (except Blue Local and Blue Home) and Aetna. Many insurance plans include out-of-network benefits, so I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check your individual plan for details about your out-of-network mental health reimbursement rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
***Parent consultation services are not covered by insurance. My consultation fee is $130/hour.
